Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SPRY Revolution reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All received monies will be refunded using the method received.

SPRY Revolution charges SGD$12 for delivery within Singapore. Please contact us for international shipping.

Change of Address
The shipping address for your order is shown in the checkout and on your order and shipping confirmation emails. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, we are unable to guarantee that a follow up email by yourself will be read prior to despatch. SPRY Revolution takes no responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and is not liable for any loss associated.

Acceptance of Goods
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

International Customs Charges
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. SPRY Revolution do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and SPRY Revolution will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and SPRY Revolution will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees.

Return Policy
We strive to do our best; however, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies. Contact us upon receipt, and we will gladly fix it. Returns are accepted within 7 days of original purchase. Used product will not be accepted back for return. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Warranty claims cover for 1 year on any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy. If the product is still under warranty then the repair or exchange will be at our expense.
